Make a list of important topics you know about your brand business’ blog niche. What value do you look to put back into the market?

Chasing23.org– blogging, consultative marketing, online sales, organic traffic, paid marketing, affiliate based marketing, automation sales process, the art of email in boxing… etc.
Fill in the seperate topic buckets with congruent keyword or keyword phrases.

Blogging – blog, how to blog, how to start a blog, beginners guide to blogging, blogging tips, blogger tips, organic blog traffic – etc.
Online Sales- how to sell my product online, how to sell on the internet, selling products on google, sales on the internet, sell online – etc.
Paid Marketing- how to market on Facebook, Facebook PPC guide, how to get targeted traffic, traffic for sales, solo ads, – etc.

Your list will go on and on for each topic you have. This is more for writing of the waste basket and you will always be able to pin point your exact frase. Make sure to read on…
Make sure you have a mix of short- and long-tail termed keywords in each of you topic buckets.

Short- and long-tail keywords are exactly what they sound like.

Short-tail keywords, or “Head terms”, consists of one or two words in length. Example: “blogging tips”

Long-tail keywords are longer phrases and usually contain three or more words in the phrase. Example: “how to blog for beginner’s”

It is important to check that you have both short- and long-tail terms because this will give you a well balanced strategy that will cover your long and short term goals with your blog.

Because short-tail terms are usually very competitive! Much more than most long-tail terms and this will make it harder to rank the top pages of Google.

Which looks one looks harder to rank for to you? > “Blogging” or “How to blog for beginner’s”?
